（中央社記者王承中台北20日電）民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘今天表示，有關週休二日的勞基法部分條文修正草案，下週將會安排朝野協商，有關特休假的部分，民進黨會提出修法版本，請大家稍安勿躁。
立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會完成勞基法部分條文修正案初審，但重要條文如一例一休、刪除國定7天假，以及勞工特休假的部分，因朝野仍無共識，皆保留送交朝野協商。
國民黨團首席副書記長王育敏今天表示，18日未看到民進黨發協商通知，就看下週排哪一天協商，基本上要經過朝野協商完，勞基法部分條文修正草案才能排入立法院院會議程，這是當初朝野協商的共識。
由於當初在審查特休假的部分時，在野黨要求勞動部須提出版本，但勞動部長郭芳煜堅持現階段不宜提出意見，最後民進黨以人數優勢，用表決否決在野黨要求勞動部先提版本的提案，並決議將8種版本全數保留送朝野協商。
對此，王育敏表示，針對刪除7天假，總統蔡英文曾說會提出特休假做為配套，但審查那天勞動部卻不敢表示意見，柯建銘說，要給勞動部整合各版本的時間，但這看起來就像是緩兵之計，若這次最後的協商還拿不出特休假的配套版本，只砍7天假，恐引發勞工新一波更大的憤怒。
王育敏指出，這次朝野協商是朝野最後可談的空間，因為進到院會後就是表決，國民黨會看民進黨的誠意在哪裡。 國民黨團副書記長李彥秀說，國民黨團堅持拒砍7天假，且全國放假要一致，針對特休假的部分，還要再做討論，但她會建議黨團，若勞動部針對特休假沒有版本，應該要拒絕協商。
柯建銘今天則表示，下週將會安排朝野協商，有什麼問題協商時再討論，在委員會審查時已討論得很清楚，就是協商，協商之後還有院會。他說，針對勞基法修正草案民進黨已經有所忍讓重新審查了，每個政黨都有自己的核心價值，特休假的部分民進黨會提版本，請大家稍安勿躁。1051120
